What we do
Going to court costs money. We put it up. That might be one large dispute between two companies, or thousands of small claims brought together as a single case. Either way, we carry the cost from the first filing to the final judgment.
Who we fund
Corporates
Focus on the merits of the case, not on your budget.
Lawyers
Take on the case your client can’t afford. We fund the costs, you run the case.
Affected investors
Lost money on an investment? Pursue it together with others who lost too.
Litigation funding works differently depending on where you sit. The principle is the same: you pursue your claim without putting up your own capital.
What does funding cost us?
Nothing up front. If the case succeeds, we receive an agreed share of the proceeds and, where agreed, a contribution to costs. The terms are set out in the funding agreement before the case begins.
What kind of cases do you fund?
From a single dispute between two companies to many small claims brought together as one case. We work in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Austria.
How large does a claim need to be?
There is no single number. The amount at stake has to justify the cost of going to court, which is why smaller claims often work best when many of them are brought together.
How long does a decision take?
That depends on the case and on how complete the file is. We tell you early on whether we see a fit.
What happens to what we send you?
We treat it as confidential and use it only to assess your claim. The details are in our privacy policy.
